Elizabeth Wotherspoon founded neurohappy developmental supports, inc. in May 2024.
Beginning as an independent clinician, Elizabeth has grown neurohappy to include specialists in multiple disciplines and support staff.
Elizabeth has 8 years of speech-language pathology experience working in the developmental disability population and is passionate about social justice and equality. In her spare time, Elizabeth likes to monologue about Autism and learn new ways to support neurodivergence. She is certified in Natural Language Acquisition and is a certified nature-based clinician!

I am an Early Childhood Educator with a diploma in Early Childhood Education and experience supporting children with disabilities in inclusive learning environments. I am committed to fostering each child’s development through individualized, compassionate care. In my personal time, I love fostering dogs and hanging with my two kids.
Libby Wrightman is a registered speech-language pathologist working with neurohappy. She is experienced and passionate about working with neurodiverse families and their children. She is passionate about communication access for all. Libby is a naturalistic play-based therapist who prioritizes connection over compliance. Additionally, she is skilled in writing evidence-based curriculum for educating families and working with neurodiverse children. Outside of her work, Libby enjoys spending time with friends and her fur baby.

Sierra is an Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree and a Masters of Occupational Therapy Degree from the University of Manitoba. She has volunteered and worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke and Spinal Cord Injuries. Sierra is passionate about working with children and their families to help them with their daily living skills. Her expertise includes creating client-centred plans that work towards achieving the child’s and families' goals, through collaboration with the family and the other professionals. She believes in providing therapy that involves play for the child, and includes strategies that meet the individual child’s needs and interests.
Out of the office, you can find Sierra engaging in physical activities such as hiking, running, snowboarding, weight lifting and boxing. As well as travelling and spending time with friends and family.
